“ONE FAMILY ONE PURPOSE”.

Sandy is a widow and devoted mother of an adult daughter with special needs. On April 14, 2012, an F-2 tornado destroyed her home and much of her community, leaving her with little more than the clothes on her back and a few family photos salvaged from the wreckage. Her life story is one that includes humble beginnings, unimaginable heartbreak, and selfless service to those around her. We feel honored to have met Sandy, and are excited to be helping her rebuild a home that suits her family's needs. Please join our efforts by contributing to the building fund. Find out below, how you can be a part of this ministry.

A big white Ford pickup followed me home from Joplin today. Looking ahead at the road towards Illinois, I could see things getting back to normal in our sleepy little Midwestern community. No more six-hour drives or long nights listening to a Dewalt radio on Abby Lane. Life as I know it could be seen on the road ahead; but in my rear view mirror, the grill with the blue oval and Illinois plates reminded me of where I’d been.
